SHIPPING : We ship to the United States inclusive of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Every effort is made to ship your purchase by next Business Day after your payment is received. Normal delivery time is 4 to 7 business days from receipt of order. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery if outside of the contiguous United States. If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be notified by or email.  We ship daily Monday - Friday via either USPS or UPS and we email you to confirm your method of shipping and estimated delivery time.

SALES TAX: Sales Tax is additional for shipments to Tennessee only and is added to your order total during checkout. Note that taxes are based on order total, including shipping charges.

RETURNS: To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please email us at countrycookscorner@yahoo.com with the following information: Your order number (found in the upper portion of the packing slip) and the reason for the return.
Upon receipt of your request, we will email you with instructions for shipping the product(s) back to us. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that returns made without Authorization cannot be processed and will not be accepted. Once the product is received we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. We cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.
